WARREN COUNTY, TN - On New Year’s Eve, the Warren County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division, with assistance from Warren County patrol deputies, executed a search warrant at a residence on Rattlesnake Road, resulting in the arrest of three individuals on multiple charges.
According to authorities, investigators located several plastic baggies containing a crystal-like substance believed to be methamphetamine, along with U.S. currency and various items of drug paraphernalia. Recovered items included plastic baggies, digital scales, and pipes, all consistent with illegal drug activity.
Kristyn A. Spangler was arrested and charged with Felony Possession of Methamphetamine, Simple Possession of a Schedule II Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Nathaniel D. Tippens was taken into custody and charged with Felony Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Violation of Parole, and Failure to Appear.
A third individual, Joshua W. Taylor, was also present at the residence during the search. He was arrested and charged with Violation of an Order of Protection.
Warren County Sheriff Jackie D. Matheny, Jr. commended his department following the operation. He praised the Narcotics Division and assisting deputies for their dedication and commitment to identifying, locating, and arresting individuals involved in the illegal possession and trafficking of narcotics, emphasizing that such efforts are critical to keeping local communities safe.
The Warren County Sheriff’s Office stated it remains committed to aggressively pursuing illegal drug activity and encourages citizens to report suspected drug-related crimes to law enforcement.
