MURFREESBORO, TN - Shortly after 3 o’clock Sunday afternoon (12/21/2025), a serious multi‑vehicle crash brought traffic to a standstill at Armstrong Valley Road and the inbound side of Veterans Parkway heading toward Church Street. Murfreesboro Police moved quickly to shut down that stretch of roadway so investigators could document the scene and handle the usual accident‑response duties.

The crash was significant enough that three people were flown by LifeFlight helicopter to the trauma center at Vanderbilt, underscoring just how severe the situation was as first responders worked the scene.
