UPDATE on One East College, LLC (old Methodist Church downtown) project is not moving. City has removed the TIF and also made that group an offer to buy back the property.
UPDATE on daylighting Town Creek. When completed this will offer a boardwalk type atmosphere around a wide creek and axreas where the public can gather for music and other events. Plus, it will breathe new life into Cannonsburgh Villlage.
