You heard in the news about how many people with mental health issues have only law enforcement to help with their needs. Mental health is one of the major factors in crime and homelessness. Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office’s Sgt. Jason Brown, for coordinating a grant and research project to develop a virtual reality training program for the Sheriff’s office.
