MURFREESBORO, TN (July 23, 2025) — Greenhouse Ministries is gearing up for its signature annual fundraising event, Live in the Boro, set to take place on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at the MTSU Student Union Ballroom. The evening promises exciting entertainment, a lively atmosphere, and a live auction to support the organization's mission of “Planting Hope in the Boro.”

Executive Director Christy Stanford told us… Live in the Boro is Greenhouse Ministries' main event of the year and has become a beloved tradition in the community.

Guests can expect an evening filled with music, stories of transformation, and opportunities to give back through both financial contributions and auction bidding. All proceeds go directly toward the nonprofit’s life-changing programs that support individuals and families facing hardship in Rutherford County.

Guest performers this August previously submitted application videos before being selected by a special panel. Those who were picked, battle out the competition on stage during the upcoming event…

Greenhouse Ministries offers services ranging from food distribution and job readiness to counseling and adult education, aiming to restore dignity and independence for those in need. Funds raised during Live in the Boro are critical in sustaining these efforts throughout the year.
