This new internet offering provides speeds that are up to 160 times faster than other local providers, marking it as the fastest home internet service available in Rutherford County.
The 8 Gig service offers dedicated connections with multi-gig download and upload speeds, supported by United Communications’ industry-leading 99.99% network reliability. The service is part of United's ongoing investment in local broadband infrastructure, which has been in place since 2020, with previous projects including the development of a fiber optic network for the Town of Smyrna and Rutherford County’s 911 communications system.
