MURFREESBORO, TN - On today’s episode of the WGNS Action Line, host Scott Walker sits down with Rachel Helms, Assistant Director of MTSU Office of Alumni Relations, to discuss the upcoming Alumni Spring Showcase, happening April 9-19 on the MTSU campus. This special event is designed to reconnect alumni with their alma mater through family-friendly activities, athletic events, exhibits, lectures, and networking opportunities. From a free night at the Discovery Center and an Easter egg hunt to a geology field trip and an interactive Blue Zones workshop, there’s something for everyone! Plus, alumni can take advantage of career development webinars and business-tech conferences. Tune in for all the details on how to get involved, register for events, and make the most of this exciting showcase!

There are many departmental lectures, shows, and exhibits that will be open to alumni as well. Check out www.mtalumni.com/springshowcase website with all that the university has to offer.

While some events are free and open to the public, others may require registration, tickets or other costs. Also, those alumni visiting the campus must have a parking permit to park on campus Monday-Friday, but complimentary parking permits are available at the Alumni House, 2259 Middle Tennessee Blvd. Or, you can purchase and print a permit for $2/day.
