Rutherford County Sheriff's Deputy Gabriel Commodore is our Demos "Outstanding Emergency Responder": One local senior driver noted, "He changed the mood of what started as a challenging morning to a positive day." She continued, "While I was driving along, I noticed my ride suddenly got more bump, so I pulled over to the shoulder. Then a patrol car pulled behind me and the officer turned on all of the warning lights. He and told me I had a flat tire. He asked me to open my trunk, and started changing my tire.  It was a chilly morning---but that didn’t slow Deputy Gabriel Commodore. He changed my day from sad to glad. Now, that’s what I call going the extra mile.”
