It begins with fun activities, food and music inside the gym. 11:00AM The outside plunge into the SportsCom pool. This wildly revised frigid event includes sampler exercise classes both in our fitness rooms and indoor swimming pool to give you a brief demonstration as to what you might enjoy, an outside Fun Run, the cold plunge into the outdoor pool and plenty of snacks, activities and so much more.
