The Old Farmer’s Almanac reveals the complete forecast for the upcoming winter. Managing Editor Sarah Perreault says this winter in Tennessee will be warmer than last, but there will be several cold snaps:

  Tennessee’s precipitation is looking to be above normal this winter and that will bring a few chances of snow: The nation's winter will be pretty wet with below average snow across the country: The National Weather Service is in agreement with the above average temperatures, but expect cold snaps later this month, late January into early February and again in late February.
