MISSING: We have an update on the search for Sebastian Wayne Drake Rogers, who has now been missing for 6-months.
The FBI Memphis Field Office, Nashville Resident Agency is offering a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to the location and return of Sebastian, or to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for his disappearance. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) released information on the reward today.
According to initial reports, Sebastian has known medical conditions, including autism, which may impair his ability to return home on his own accord if he is alive and at an unknown location.
Earlier this year at the 50-day mark of the young man missing, Sebastian's birth father Seth Rogers wrote, “It has been 50 days since Sebastian has gone missing, no scent trail from dogs, no video footage of Sebastian leaving his Mother's house. Yet no criminal investigation at all by TBI or Sumner County Sheriff Office.” Since that time the FBI has taken over the case and again, just released details of a $50-thousand reward. The boy's father also hired private investigators to dive further into the case.
Sebastian was first reported as missing in Hendersonville, TN on February 26, 2024.
Special Agents with the TBI from multiple units continue to assist the Sumner County Sheriff's Office, in following any tips and leads that come in, as well as reviewing and re-evaluating all the information gathered to date. The AMBER Alert for the 15-year-old remains active.
