UPDATE: 2 Separate Missing Person Cases in Murfreesboro and Lebanon

MURFREESBORO, TN - UPDATE: MPD Public Information Officer Larry Flowers updated WGNS on the missing person case and confirmed, "BOLO CANCELED! 41-year old Al Marvyn Trim has been safely located."

Previously Reported: A missing person report has been filed by the family of 41-year-old Al Marvyn Trim of Murfreesboro. Mr. Trim has now been missing for about 5-days and reportedly left his home after making threats to harm himself, according to Murfreesboro Police.

The MPD reports that Trim was last seen driving a black 2019 Dodge Durango that had a Tennessee license plate number of DV 82058 on the back of the SUV. Authorities confirm that Trim has been entered into the National Crime and Information Center (NCIC) database as missing.

LEBANON, TN - A Sliver Alert was issued in nearby Wilson County where the Lebanon Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 43-year-old Katherine Long.

The missing woman was last seen on Sunday, July 21, 2024 at around 1 p.m. According to police, the last known location for Long to be seen was at her residence in the area of Webster Lane off of Highway 231 North in Lebanon.

Police report that she stands 5’ 2” tall and weighs around 145 pounds. Ms. Long was last seen wearing blue jeans and a sweatshirt with the word "DREAM" across the front.

The Silver Alert was issued because Long has a medical condition that may impair her ability to return safely without assistance. Therefore, Lebanon authorities ask that the community be on the lookout for her.
