Rutherford County continues to experience an impressively low unemployment rate, consistently below the 3% mark. Murfreesboro’s unemployment rate stands at 2.5%, while Smyrna and LaVergne report rates of 2.4% and 2.6%, respectively, according to the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development. This low unemployment rate highlights the demand for skilled employees across various industries.
