In the first half of the show, co-host J. Paul Newman (Retired from the Rutherford County District Attorneys Office) takes a look back at a brutal rape case that occurred in LaVergne, TN in 2001. Newman's guest, Rutherford County Sheriff's Detective Kyle Norrod, discussed how he was able to successfully arrest two subjects in the hours that followed the crime.

During the second portion of the show co-host Jennings Jones, the Rutherford County District Attorney General, takes listeners on a journey into the local courts and updates the audience on current cases and what to expect in the courtroom within the next few months.

Wrapping up the program is co-host Trevor Lynch, an Assistant District Attorney for the Rutherford County 16th Judicial District. Lynch introduces local citizens to a new member of the DA's office.
