Retired US Air Force General Lou Ferraro is today’s Good Neighbor of the Day for being a helper and encourager, volunteering at the VA Hospital and Fisher House Foundation. He's always looking out for his neighbor's needs. Lou Ferraro will receive flowers from Jenny Harrison and the family at Rion Flowers Coffee and Gifts (117 S. Academy Street) and News Radio WGNS.
