Smyrna, TN - Equitable Property Co. has acquired 44 acres in Smyrna for the development of Sewart’s Landing, a mixed-use district. The project will feature:

 

- 250,000 square feet of ground-level retail space

- Two medical office buildings (MOBs) totaling 400,000 square feet

- A 240-room hotel

- 75 for-sale townhomes

 

Groundbreaking is scheduled for next month, with Phase I completion expected in the first quarter of 2025. Tenants in the first phase will include Starbucks Coffee, Wawa, and Jonathan’s Grille. Equitable purchased the land from the City of Smyrna, and leasing efforts will be led by Kipper Worthington of JLL and Land Deleot of Equitable.
