Murfreesboro, TN - Rebekka King, coordinator of the event and professor in the Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies, has organized the upcoming biannual Religious Studies Colloquium at Middle Tennessee State University.
The event, focusing on capitalism, will take place on Thursday, Feb. 15, at 4:30 p.m. in the Academic Classroom Building, room 106, located at 1751 MTSU Blvd.
The colloquium, which is free and open to the public, will feature guest speaker Jeremy Posadas, the Hal S. Marchman Chair of Civic and Social Responsibility and associate professor of Religious Studies and Gender Studies at Stetson University in Central Florida, presenting on "Capitalism as a Moral Code."
