MURFREESBORO, TN – UPDATE - A woman who was reported as missing in Murfreesboro has been safely located.  Previously,  Murfreesboro Police told WGNS the 40-year-old woman was reported as missing by her family. Juannita Scruggs was reported missing on October 10, but again - has since been found.
