The suspect was questioned by Murfreesboro Detectives and booked into the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center this past Sunday evening at 5. Hirsch appeared in court via a video feed at the local jail this week and was informed his bond was set at $200-thousand. Evidently the suspect is homeless and shares a campsite with Rogers and has been unable to come up with the funds needed to post bond. According to court documents, he is scheduled to appear before the Honorable Ben Bennett on October 11th.
