Christiana Elementary School’s PTO President Felicia Frazier is the Toot’s Outstanding Volunteer. She makes certain that school events are special for the students and goes out-of-her-way to recognize all of the staff and buss drivers and show how they are an important part of the youth’s total education. She decorates, provides food and is an awesome volunteer.
