Sat. (Aug. 12, 2023) 7:15-8:15PM HALLOWED GROUND LANTERN TOUR led by a park ranger at the Stones River National Battlefield (3501 Old Nashville Highway; Murfreesboro). This hour-long walk by lantern light gives visitors a chance to appreciate the human stories through letters sent home from the soldiers buried here. It is free and NO WALK-IN allowed...reservations are required. Cancellations must be made by calling 615-893-9501 by 10 AM on the day of the program. Reservations are not transferable.
