New Organization Focuses on Providing Assistance to Individuals / Families Impacted by Alzheimer's and Dementia in Rutherford County

The Great Gatsby Foundation, a newly established non-profit organization, is dedicated to providing much-needed support and assistance to individuals and families affected by Alzheimer's disease and dementia in Rutherford County, TN. Inspired by personal experiences with the devastating impact of dementia within his own family, the Founder and President of The Great Gatsby Foundation, Gabriel Fancher, envisioned a local initiative that would ensure all funds raised remained within the community.

The organization's mission is to make a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with Alzheimer's and dementia by offering financial support to local organizations and groups that provide essential programs and services to the affected individuals and their families.

To achieve their objectives, The Great Gatsby Foundation hosts the much-anticipated annual "Gatsby Party," a celebration filled with glamour, entertainment, and an opportunity for the community to come together in support of a crucial cause. The Gatsby Party serves as the primary fundraising event for the organization, with all proceeds being channeled to local non-profits and initiatives that address the challenges of Alzheimer's and dementia.

Although relatively new, The Great Gatsby Foundation has already tasted success with previous Gatsby Party events, drawing significant attention and participation from the community. The upcoming event, "The Boro Gatsby Party," promises to be even grander and more impactful, scheduled to take place on September 9th at 6 PM. Early-bird tickets are currently available for $75 per person, but after August 14th, ticket prices will increase to $100, encouraging community members to secure their spots in advance.

The organization's board of directors ensures careful collaboration with other local non-profits and community organizations to identify deserving beneficiaries.
