The national average price of diesel has risen 0.1 cents in the last week and stands at $3.80 per gallon.
In Rutherford County, the average price of regular unleaded is selling for $3.05 per gallon, which is on the low end when compared to other counties in the state. Neighboring Williamson County continues to have the highest average price in the state at $3.41 per gallon. The cheapest fuel can be found next door in Bedford County, where regular unleaded is averaging $2.96 per gallon, according to the Auto Club, AAA.
Diesel is currently priced at an average of $3.59 per gallon in Tennessee, which is a penny more when compared to last week.
