MURFREESBORO, TENN. – The final Friday Night Live concert on the downtown Murfreesboro square will wrap up the summer concert series this Friday night, September 16th. Sarah Callender - Executive Director of Main Street Murfreesboro stated... Jackson and the 24/7 band are known for packing a high-energy concert and will be joined on stage by a group of lively performers.
The stage will be constructed in front of the historic pre-civil war era courthouse on the local square THIS Friday night. Music will include everything from the "Oldies" to current "Top Forty" hits.
As a reminder, guests are encouraged to wear their True-Blue MTSU shirts to show support for our Hometown Team during their first home football game weekend! This Saturday, September 17, MTSU will host Tennessee State at 6PM on the Middle Tennessee campus in the Floyd Stadium.
Bring your lawn chair to the local square this Friday night to enjoy the last summer concert of the season. The free event will be Friday night from 6:30 to 9:30. Get there early and enjoy supper at one of the many downtown eateries.
