The police department reports, “Community members can submit tips anonymously and securely to P3.” Those tips, which can include pictures and videos, are then funneled to the appropriate Rutherford County area investigator.

Available free for download on Apple iOS and Android devices, the mobile app introduces another way for members of the community to become more engaged in keeping Rutherford County and the City of Murfreesboro safe while preserving tipsters’ anonymity.
After you download the P3 Global Intel app, simply follow the instructions and choose United States, followed by Tennessee. The next step in setting up the app will be to choose the area in which you live. You can type in “Rutherford County,” or scroll through the list of cities, clicking on the area of your choice.
Other ways to report crime anonymously
In addition to the app, community members can continue to provide tips by calling Rutherford County Crime Stoppers at 615-893 STOP (7867) or emailing crimetips@murfreesborotn.gov. Tips that lead to an arrest, may be eligible for up to a $1000 reward.
