UPDATE: The Murfreesboro Police Department is continuing their investigation into locating two to three individuals believed to be responsible for stealing credit cards and making large purchases at Sam's Club and Walmart.
Evidently, the individuals stole a wallet and first attempted to use one of the victim's credit cards at Sam's Club in late July.
The victim told police her wallet was stolen while she was shopping at Ross Dress for Less on North Thompson Lane in Murfreesboro.
A total of five transactions were attempted, which added up to about $10,000. The victim told authorities that the transactions were thankfully denied by her credit card company.
