42-Year-old Carrie Elizabeth Norman was taken to the Sumner County Jail and faces two counts of solicitation of a person under the age of 18 to commit aggravated statuary rape, and two counts of exploitation of a minor by electronic means.
Norman allegedly used the popular app known as Snapchat that is commonly used by teens to communicate with the 16-year-old victim on July 18, 2021.
As of Thursday (8/12/2021), Norman was still behind bars at the Sumner County Jail.
