In nearby Bedford County, the Sheriff's Office says they have arrested a man who allegedly fired shots at a car with two adults and two children in it. 

Officials said Sunday that Gulberto Olascoaga of Lewisburg is being charged with four counts of attempted first-degree murder. Olascoaga is accused of shooting at the car near Whitaker Road and wounding a woman in the head. The woman who was injured in the shooting was treated at the hospital and later released.

Authorities say the incident was not a random shooting, but have not released a possible motive.

Olascoaga is currently being held on a two-million-dollar bond. As of Monday, the 22-year old remains behind bars and unable to make bond.
