Encouragement month continues with Barnabas Vision in Murfreesboro.
As many understand, November and December proved how generous Rutherford County is in helping others, encouraging those who are feeling down and helping to make ends meet during Christmas. But now that the holiday's have passed, there are still thousands of residents who feel as if they are at the end of their rope.
Now through the 20th of February, they are focusing attention on area health care workers. Next week on the 22nd through the 28th, volunteers and staff at Barnabas Vision will show their appreciation to local law enforcement officers.
Rutherford Countians are asked to be a part of the activities and to participate by serving those who need a word of encouragement, a helping hand or maybe just a smiling face.
To learn more or to volunteer to help Barnabas Vision with their special February venture, call (615) 556-5134 and leave your name and phone number or email David Coggin at david@thebarnabasvision.org.
