Murfreesboro Lions Club member Denelle Bratcher has volunteered for almost two decades with the local club’s “sight programs”.  She has a passion for helping “sight impaired” including co-chairing activities involving the National Association for the Blind and on the board of the local club. Denelle Bratcher is the Toot’s OUTSTANDING VOLUNTEER.
