New board president Paula Mansfield is a charter member of RutherfordCABLE and has served on the board for the past two years.  Paula is Vice President of Sales Development with First Tennessee Bank.

RutherfordCABLE board members will lead efforts to ensure that RutherfordCABLE continues to meet the organizations’ mission of connecting women and opportunity.
