NASHVILLE, TN - An 18-year-old Nashville resident, Tyler Moore, has been arrested in connection with a shooting that injured two homeless individuals at Riverfront Dog Park in the early hours of May 4. Detectives with the Metro Nashville Police Department’s Specialized Investigations Division took Moore into custody Sunday night while he was working at a local home improvement store.
