Rutherford County PAWS, the areas pet adoption and welfare services, introduces you to Lena. She is a 10-year old pitbull mix who is looking for her forever home. She is 88 pounds, has been spayed, is heartworm negative and up to date on all vaccines. Lena is currently the longest resident, having been in the shelter since December 31st. She is gentle and extremely laid-back and is a favorite among the volunteers.
