WASHINGTON, May 13, 2025 – The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has issued a public health alert regarding certain ready-to-eat chicken and bacon ranch wraps due to possible contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. A formal recall has not been requested because the affected products are no longer being sold.

The potentially contaminated items were produced on May 2, 2025, and include:

These products bear establishment number P34657 inside the USDA mark of inspection. They were distributed to retailers in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York.

The contamination concern was raised after a state public health agency tested a product sample that came back positive for Listeria monocytogenes. As of now, no illnesses have been reported.

Consumers are urged to check their refrigerators and dispose of the products if found. Do not consume them. They can also be returned to the place of purchase.
