Rutherford County Schools Set to Celebrate 2025 Graduations Across the District

RUTHERFORD COUNTY, Tenn. (WGNS) - Graduation season is upon us, and Rutherford County Schools are gearing up to celebrate the Class of 2025 with a series of ceremonies across the district. Families, friends, and faculty will gather to honor the hard work and achievements of this year’s graduates, marking an exciting milestone in their academic journeys.

The ceremonies will take place at various locations, with most being held at Middle Tennessee State University's Murphy Center. Schools including Stewarts Creek, Rockvale, Smyrna, Blackman, Riverdale, LaVergne, Siegel, Oakland, and Central Magnet will host their ceremonies there between May 13 and May 18. Meanwhile, Holloway High School will celebrate its graduates at LifePoint Smyrna, Eagleville School will hold its ceremony on its own campus, and Rutherford County Virtual School will host graduations at Tucker Theatre on December 6, 2024, and May 15, 2025. Additionally, Rutherford County Adult High School and Summer School will conclude the season with a graduation ceremony on July 25 at a location to be announced.

Each event promises to be a momentous occasion, recognizing the dedication, resilience, and accomplishments of the graduating students as they step into the next chapter of their lives.
