In nearby Lebanon, Tennessee, SafeNet Technology has played a crucial role in the recovery of missing juveniles from out of state, similar to the License Plate Readers used in Murfreesboro. According to the Lebanon Police Department, SafeNet alerted officers to a vehicle associated with two missing juveniles.

Officers quickly located the vehicle traveling northbound on S. Cumberland St. During the investigation, they confirmed that the two occupants were a 15-year-old missing from Pennsylvania and a 16-year-old missing from North Carolina.

The Lebanon Police Department is now working closely with other agencies to ensure the juveniles are safely reunited with their families in the near future.
