MURFREESBORO - Steered Straight Too Furniture and Thrift will be showing their customers some appreciation on Saturday. Store Manager Jennifer Sanchez shares all of the details about the event, featuring live music, treats, and sales you don’t want to miss: The Thrift Store will even have a spinning wheel this weekend, where customers can spin to earn even bigger discounts.
Steered Straight is a non profit organization that visits schools and prisons to talk about drugs, alcohol, bullying, and more. All sales from the thrift store go towards the organization. Sanchez talks about the founder Michael DeLeon and how he educates young people: Sanchez says that the store is looking for some part time help.
