Wilson Bank and Trust Ribbon Cutting

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – The Rutherford Chamber of Commerce celebrated the remodeling of a Wilson Bank and Trust with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and social gathering for the community by chamber diplomats and bank representatives.

Located at 3110 Memorial Boulevard, the gathering was an opportunity to celebrate the hard work of the bank’s team and their outreach.

The interior remodeling, which took roughly six months to complete, features an upstairs Community Room that is open to the public to reserve. The Memorial Boulevard location seeks to engage the community on all fronts.

On Friday, May 10, the bank held a “speed-networking” event, Round About Rutherford, and they provided food for over 1,100 local teachers for Teacher Appreciation Week (May 6).

Upcoming events to participate in include Family Fun Day on June 9 from 12-4 PM at Central Magnet School which features roughly 200 antique muscle cars on display. Additionally, June 7 marks the beginning of Friday Night Live, the free summer-long concert series held in the Murfreesboro downtown square, of which Wilson Bank and Trust is the corporate sponsor.
