MURFREESBORO, TN – Murfreesboro Police responded to a residence in the area of Northfield Boulevard and Lascassas Pike at 4:00 Wednesday afternoon in regard to unusual activity. That activity appeared to be a Peeping Tom. Once on the scene, the complainant showed the responding officer a video that was captured on a home camera system.

The person who called the police showed the officer a video that a neighbor recorded on their security camera either the previous night or early Wednesday morning. In the video, a man dressed in dark-colored clothing walked up to a window and hunched down to one knee. While kneeling, he continued to look into the residence of the complainant.

MPD Public Information Officer Larry Flowers confirmed the incident but said a police report had not been filed. However, Flowers said the responding officer planned to follow up with the complainant.
