Local Shoplifting Case Added Up to Nearly $10,000

(MURFREESBORO, TN) Murfreesboro Police are investigating a theft that added up to nearly $10,000. The theft happened on September 24th at the Finish Line athletic store inside the Stones River Town Centre.

Since the theft occurred, the MPD has released photos of individuals inside the shoe and clothing store, in hopes of learning their names or their whereabouts. Public Information Officer Larry Flowers told WGNS News, “…three unidentified persons took $9,730 worth of clothes from Finish Line inside the Stones River Town Centre. The individuals took the clothing and ran out the store without paying. They were seen getting into a white Kia sedan (unknown make and model).”

Police said the rear license plate on the vehicle was covered with a trash bag, so no one was able to record the plate number. If you recognize the individual’s in the photos above this article, you are encouraged to contact Detective Pullias at 629-201-5640.
