Annual Mayor's Prayer Breakfast Returns to Murfreesboro - Scheduled to be held at Embassy Suites

Apr 20, 2022 at 08:57 am by WGNS

Due to the COVID Pandemic, there has not been a Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast in about 3-years. That said, this year’s event in Murfreesboro is expected to be heavily attended.

The National Day of Prayer is on May 5th and Cliff Sharp, co-founder of Greenhouse Ministries, told WGNS the annual Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast will be held on that day in Murfreesboro...

Cliff and his wife Jane Sharp started Greenhouse Ministries over 20-years ago. Today, the organization thrives because of the foundation built by the Sharps in 1999. However, Cliff is always quick to point-out that the non-profit would not exist without the help of a great community.

Greenhouse Ministries exists through local volunteers and provides relational ministries that are designed to inspire, give hope, and change lives of the individuals who enter their doors. Sharp told WGNS that over 500-volunteer hours are logged weekly, thanks to the caring individuals who love serving others in our community.

The Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast will be at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center in Murfreesboro on Thursday, May 5, 2022. It will be between the hours of 6:30AM and 8:15AM.
