Sharp said that volunteers have been the driving force behind the organization since day one and today over 500-volunteer hours are recorded each week.
The non-profits new home includes offices, classroom space and efficiency apartments that are designated for a new men's program called Life University. The year long program will teach participants how to live in a way that allows them to grow in a healthy manner that most never knew existed.
Sharp has been conducting interviews with candidates who want to enroll in the twelve month program and at this point, that interview process is nearly complete. The program focuses on life lessons and according to Sharp, many of the participants grew up without learning how to live...
The ribbon cutting at the brand new Greenhouse Ministries building at the intersection of South Academy Street and East Sevier Street (directly behind their current structure), will be on Tuesday, January 11th at 11:00 in the morning.
