Acting on information from the FBI, Metro Nashville Police Special Victims detectives arrested Charles E. Woods for allegedly trafficking two underage girls who ran away from their Sevierville home last week. 27-Year-old Woods had four outstanding warrants at the time he was taken into custody.

Detectives were able to identify Woods from ads that included the two runaway juveniles on an adult escort website. Woods admitted to posting the ads for prostitution, collecting money via Venmo, and having a motel room Murfreesboro Pike, according to Nashville Police.

The juveniles were not with Woods when he was arrested and efforts continue to locate them.

Woods has been charged with two counts of trafficking for a commercial sex act in addition to the four outstanding warrants he previously faced. He is being held on a $118,000 bond.
