Tempers flared on Sunday (10/24/21) outside of the South Church Street Kroger Store in Murfreesboro, where one subject reportedly broke out the rear window of a customers SUV. Reports indicate the entire situation happened, because a shopping cart was left sitting in a parking space.

Evidently, a male subject became so upset over another customer moving a shopping cart out of a parking space, that he allegedly broke out the rear window of an SUV.

This woman explains what happened to her vehicle when her husband moved the shopping buggy out of the parking spot...

The female told WGNS that her two grandchildren were sitting in her SUV - - when the suspect allegedly broke out the rear window using what appeared to be a machete (above soundbyte on WGNSradio.com). Thankfully, the young children were not injured when the glass shattered.

WGNS is awaiting word from the Murfreesboro Police Department to confirm if charges have been filed in this case and if so, what are the charges?
