Special Kids: Growing their impact through ONE Change

Special Kids based in Murfreesboro has released their one change child partner…

This year's "One Change" Child Partner, Guadalupe, is just one of many children that have recently made their way back to the Special Kids campus with new safety and health protocols in place at both their therapy and nursing buildings. New services, like teletherapy, have been implemented to ensure Special Kids’ commitment to the children they serve can.

As she prepares to begin kindergarten classes this fall, staff members say it's as if Guadalupe "never skipped a beat" as she returned to receiving care at Special Kids. Guadalupe appears to be nearing two of the next goals in her development and remains excited to continue working hard and playing with her closest friends on campus.

The surrounding love of this community, including the community’s fervent prayer, has rarely shone brighter than through the outpouring of support the non-profit has received during this challenging season. Special Kids ask that you continue that same spirit of Christ-like compassion in honor of all the children just like Guadalupe, their families, and the staff as they press forward.
